Beryl Shawl


Description This shawl is made with the top-down technique so can be made any size desired and with any yarn and hook size. The feature that sets this shawl apart is its curved edge, for those who might prefer to have a shawl without a center back point. Curved shape along both edges makes it fit nicely across the shoulders in many configurations. Shawl in photo is made with sock yarn.
Skill level Intermediate. 
Size Shawl may be made to any size desired; shawl in photo is about 19” long from center top to bottom edge, about 53” measuring along curved top edge, and about 114” along curved bottom edge.
Materials May be made with any yarn desired and appropriate hook size; shawl in photo is made with about 685 yds. (about 3 skeins) Knit Picks Essential Bordeaux Kettle Hand-dyed sock yarn and size G hook.
